Working at Karara
Karara operates a Perth-based fly-in fly-out operation with a short (30 minute) flight to Karara’s purpose-built all-weather airstrip so that our people spend more time at home and less time travelling. We also employ a significant number of local employees who commute to site from Geraldton on a regular coach service. The Mid West offers a more temperate climate than other major mining centres in the North West and Goldfields regions.
The Karara Village offers high-quality amenities with ensuited motel-style rooms, Telstra 3G mobile coverage, and an eco-walk nature/jogging trail through wooded natural bushland, as well as a swimming pool, mini-golf, tennis, cricket, gym and volleyball facilities.

What to expect after submitting an application
