Karara Mining Limited（以下简称“KML”）拟开展环冷机供货项目的预招标工作，现就有关事项进行公示，诚邀具备相应资质和供货能力的潜在供应商关注并参与后续工作。

KML is conducting a pre-tender process for the two-stage water circulation industrial air-cooled chiller and hereby issues this notice to invite potential suppliers with the relevant qualifications and supply capability to express their interest and participate in subsequent activities.

一、 项目背景/ Project Background

 Karara Mining Limited 在其选矿生产过程中运行多台环冷机设备。为支持生产运行的稳定性及设备全生命周期管理，Karara Mining 正开展预招标阶段的市场调研工作，以了解当前市场在环冷设备方面的技术能力、供货方案、交付周期及相关商业条件。

Karara Mining Limited operates multiple two-stage water circulation industrial air-cooled chillers within its mineral processing operations.

To support ongoing operational reliability and asset lifecycle management, Karara Mining is conducting a pre-tender market engagement to understand available supply options, delivery timeframes, and commercial considerations.

三、 相关要求（潜在供应商条件）/Requirements for Potential Suppliers

 

潜在供应商应具备但不限于以下能力或经验：

 

  • 资质要求
  • 中国境内投标商资质要求
  • 营业执照、税务登记证、组织机构代码证（或副本）原件的扫描件或照片。
  • 单位负责人授权委托书。
  • 澳大利亚境内投标商资质要求：
  • 企业注册登记证
  • 本项目不限制中国及澳大利亚以外的其它国家投标人进行投标。资质要求参考澳大利亚投标人资质要求。
    • 供货（制造）商必须通过 ISO 9001 质量管理体系认证。
    • 品牌授权及投标授权。若为代理品牌，需提供品牌方出具的有效期≥合同期的授权文件。授权范围包括西澳大利亚地区。
    • 业绩：供应环冷机的成功经验。过去两年内一份合同或发票，敏感信息可遮盖。
    • 本地支持：具备在澳大利亚提供售后服务、技术支持和备件供应的能力。

（响应时间≤48 小时）。

Potential suppliers shall possess, at a minimum, the following qualifications, capabilities and experience:

  • Qualifications
  • For bidders registered in China:
    • A valid Business Licence, Tax Registration Certificate and Organisation Code Certificate (or equivalent registration documents), provided as scanned copies.
  • A valid Letter of Authorisation from the legal representative or authorised
  • For bidders registered in Australia:
    • A valid Business Registration Certificate or equivalent corporate registration
  • Bidders from countries other than China and Australia are also eligible to

participate. Qualification requirements shall generally be assessed against the Australian bidder requirements.

  • The supplier/manufacturer must be certified under an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Where the bidder acts as an agent or distributor, a valid manufacturer’s authorisation and bidding authorisation covering the contract period shall be The authorisation shall include the State of Western Australia.
  • Experience

Demonstrated experience in supplying industrial air-cooled chillers. At least one

contract or invoice issued within the past two (2) years shall be provided as evidence. Commercially sensitive information may be redacted.

  • Local Support

Capability to provide after-sales service, technical support and spare parts supply within Australia, with a response time of no more than forty-eight (48) hours.

四、 公示期限/Notice Period

 本公告公示期限自发布之日起不少于 7 天。

The notice period for this pre-tender announcement shall be no less than seven (7) days from the date of publication.
