Karara Mining Limited is conducting a preliminary public request for quotation for lubricants and greases required for its mining operations. Suppliers with relevant supply capabilities are invited to participate.
二、采购内容
2. Scope of Supply
本次采购内容包括矿山生产设备使用的各类润滑油与润滑脂。具体产品名称、规格、参考用量及技术要求详见所附商品清单和技术规范书。
The scope includes various lubricants and greases used for mining and production equipment. Product names, specifications, estimated quantities and technical requirements are provided in the attached product list and technical specification.
清单所列数量为预计用量，仅供本次询价参考，不构成固定采购数量或最低采购承诺。
The quantities listed are estimates for quotation purposes only and do not constitute a fixed quantity or minimum purchase commitment.
三、基本要求
3. Basic Requirements
1. 所报产品应满足技术规范书及矿山现场使用要求；
The proposed products must comply with the technical specification and site operating requirements.
2. 如提供同等或替代产品，应提交技术参数对照说明；
Where equivalent or alternative products are proposed, a technical comparison must be provided.
3. 供应商应提供产品技术数据表、安全数据表、检测报告及质量证明；
Suppliers must provide technical data sheets, safety data sheets, test reports and quality certificates.
4. 产品包装、标签及安全文件应符合澳大利亚相关法规和现场要求；
Product packaging, labelling and safety documentation must comply with applicable Australian regulations and site requirements.
5. 供应商应具备稳定的供货能力及相关行业供货经验。
Suppliers must have reliable supply capability and relevant industry experience.
四、报价要求
4. Quotation Requirements
报价文件应包括：
The quotation should include:
• 产品品牌、型号、产地及包装规格；
Product brand, model, country of origin and packaging size;
• 单价、总价及报价有效期；
Unit price, total price and quotation validity period;
• 交货周期及运输方式；
Delivery lead time and transport method;
• 付款条件；
Payment terms;
• 技术资料及安全数据表；
Technical documents and safety data sheets;
• 公司资质及相关供货业绩；
Company qualifications and relevant supply experience;
• 是否包含运输、保险、清关、税费及送达现场等费用。
Confirmation of whether the price includes freight, insurance, customs clearance, taxes and delivery to site.

This notice is a preliminary public RFQ intended to assess market pricing, supply capability and product suitability.
• 采购人不承诺接受最低报价，也不承诺向任何参与供应商发出采购订单；
The Purchaser is not obliged to accept the lowest quotation or issue a purchase order to any participating supplier.
• 最终采购范围、数量、价格及合同条件，以采购人后续正式确认的采购文件为准。
The final scope, quantities, prices and contractual terms will be subject to the formal procurement documents subsequently issued or confirmed by the Purchaser.
