Karara Mining Limited（以下简称 KML）拟开展滤液直排式压滤机供货项目的预招标工作，现面向市场公开征询潜在供应商意向，诚邀具备相应资质和供货能力的单位参与后续工作。

Karara Mining Limited (KML) is commencing a pre-tender market engagement for the Supply of Direct Filtrate Drain Filter Press and invites suitably qualified and capable suppliers to express their interest in participating in the subsequent process.

一、项目背景

Karara Mining Limited 在现有精矿脱水系统中运行压滤机设备。为支持生产系统长期稳定运行、设备更新规划及全生命周期管理，KML 现拟就滤液直排式压滤机供货开展预招标市场调研，了解市场在相关设备制造、供货方案、交付周期、技术支持及商业条件等方面的能力。

Karara Mining Limited operates filter press equipment within its existing concentrate dewatering system. To support long-term operational reliability, equipment replacement planning and lifecycle management, KML is undertaking a pre-tender market engagement for the supply of a Direct Filtrate Drain Filter Press to better understand market capability in equipment design and manufacture, supply solutions, delivery schedules, technical support and commercial terms.

 本项目拟采购一套用于Karara 现有精矿过滤系统的滤液直排式压滤机成套设备。本次公告仅用于预招标和市场征询，旨在收集潜在供应商信息并评估市场供货能力。

现阶段，本项目尚未进入正式招标或采购阶段。本公告所载信息仅供潜在供应商了解项目方向及准备意向反馈之用，不构成正式招标邀请，也不构成任何合同承诺。

The project involves the potential procurement of one Direct Filtrate Drain Filter Press package for

Karara’s existing concentrate filtration system. This notice is issued for pre-tender and market sounding purposes only, with the purpose of collecting supplier information and assessing market capability.

At this stage, the project has not progressed to a formal tender or procurement stage. The information contained in this notice is provided for market engagement and internal evaluation only and does not constitute a formal invitation to tender or any contractual commitment.

三、工作范围

  1. Scope of Supply

本项目的预期供货范围包括但不限于以下内容：

  • 滤液直排式压滤机本体（FFP2512 DD）；
  • 滤液直排系统及相关排液部件；
  • 滤饼排料系统；
  • 排料输送机、头部溜槽及转运溜槽；
  • 成套设备范围内的机械、电气、仪表及控制系统；
  • 与现有 Karara 控制系统的集成接口；
  • 随机文件、出厂试验、交付、现场技术支持及调试支持；
  • 备品备件、专用工具及相关技术资料。

The anticipated scope of supply includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Direct Filtrate Drain Filter Press (FFB2512 DD);
  • Direct filtrate drain arrangement and associated discharge components;
  • Cake discharge system;
  • Discharge conveyor, head chute and transfer chute;
  • Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems within the package scope;
  • Integration interface with the existing Karara control system;
  • Documentation, factory testing, delivery, site technical support and commissioning support;
  • Spare parts, special tools and associated technical

四、潜在供应商要求

  1. Requirements for Potential Suppliers

潜在供应商应具备但不限于以下条件：

  • 具备矿山、选矿或重工业领域压滤机设备供货经验；
  • 具备非标或定制化成套设备设计与供货能力；
  • 具备完善的质量管理体系和产品可追溯能力；
  • 具备设备调试、售后服务及技术支持能力；
  • 优先考虑在澳大利亚具备服务能力或资源支持的供应商。

Potential suppliers should have, at a minimum, the following capabilities and experience:

  • Proven experience in supplying filter press equipment for mining, mineral processing or heavy industrial applications;
  • Capability to provide technical solutions for non-standard or customised package equipment;
  • An established quality management system with product traceability;
  • Capability to provide commissioning, after-sales service and technical support;
  • Preferably with service capability or support resources available in

六、公示期限

  1. Notice Period

本公告公示期限自发布之日起不少于十四（14）天。

The notice period for this pre-tender announcement shall be no less than fourteen (14) days from the date of publication.
