1. Notice / 公告说明

Karara Mining Limited (KML) intends to conduct a formal tender for the supply of flocculants and coagulants used in the tailings thickening process at the Karara Mine Site in Western Australia.

Karara Mining Limited（KML）拟就西澳大利亚州Karara矿山现场尾矿浓缩工艺使用的絮凝剂及促凝剂开展正式招标。

This notice is issued in advance of the formal tender to inform potential suppliers and allow them to prepare. Formal tender documents, submission requirements and the closing date will be issued separately. No quotation or tender submission is required at this stage.

本公告为正式招标前的预先通知，旨在向潜在供应商提供项目信息并预留准备时间。正式招标文件、提交要求及截止时间将另行发布。本阶段无需提交报价或投标文件。

2. Indicative Scope / 初步采购范围

The proposed supply may include delivery to the Karara Mine Site, provision of compliant Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets, product samples for laboratory and plant trials, and technical support during product evaluation and optimisation.

拟采购范围可能包括将产品交付至Karara矿山现场，提供合规的安全数据表和技术数据表，提供实验室及工业试验样品，并在产品评估和优化过程中提供技术支持。

The quantities above are estimates only and do not constitute a minimum purchase commitment.

3. Indicative Technical Requirements / 初步技术要求

• Tailings thickener models: 42-HRT-H-300-H and 53-HRT-H-300-H.

尾矿浓缩机型号：42-HRT-H-300-H及53-HRT-H-300-H。

• Feed pH: approximately 7.8-8.4; feed concentration: approximately 3-9%.

给矿pH值约为7.8-8.4；给料浓度约为3-9%。

• Required underflow concentration: not less than 55%; overflow water turbidity: not more than 300 ppm.

底流浓度不低于55%；溢流水浊度不高于300 ppm。

• Target unit consumption: flocculant not more than 0.025 kg/dry tonne; coagulant not more than 0.106 kg/dry tonne.

目标单耗：絮凝剂不高于0.025千克/干吨；促凝剂不高于0.106千克/干吨。

• The reagents must not adversely affect downstream flotation or pressure filtration and must be compatible with the existing storage, preparation and dosing facilities.

药剂不得对后续浮选及压滤工艺产生不利影响，并应与现场现有储存、配制及加药设施相适配。

• Products and supporting documents must comply with applicable Australian safety, environmental, transport and chemical regulatory requirements.

产品及相关文件须符合澳大利亚适用的安全、环保、运输及化学品监管要求。

4. Potential Supplier Requirements / 潜在供应商要求

• Relevant experience in supplying flocculants or coagulants to mining or mineral-processing operations.

具有向矿山或选矿项目供应絮凝剂或促凝剂的相关经验。

• Adequate manufacturing capacity, quality control, continuity-of-supply arrangements and remote mine-site logistics capability.

具备充足的生产能力、质量控制、连续供货保障及偏远矿区物流能力。

• Ability to provide laboratory and plant-trial samples, technical support and Australian-compliant Safety Data Sheets.

能够提供实验室及工业试验样品、技术支持以及符合澳大利亚要求的安全数据表。

• Overseas suppliers must be able to establish compliant Australian importation and supply arrangements.

境外供应商须能够建立符合澳大利亚法规要求的进口及供应安排。
