Supply of Wear Liner Solutions
KML invites expressions of interest from suppliers capable of providing wear liner solutions for FE008, FE009 and CH30F31 that are suitable for high-wear and high-impact material handling applications.
The proposed solution should provide an extended service life compared to the current liner arrangement and contribute to reduced maintenance requirements and improved operational efficiency.
Background / Business Need
The wear liners currently installed in FE008 and FE009 require replacement approximately every 28 weeks, particularly in high-wear and high-impact areas. Replacement activities can take more than 24 hours to complete and impact the duration of HPGR shutdowns.
KML is seeking opportunities to extend liner service life and reduce maintenance frequency, labour requirements, and shutdown impacts.

· Wear liner solutions for FE008 and FE009 high-wear/high-impact areas.
· Wear liner solutions for FE008 and FE009 skirting sections.
· Wear liner solutions for CH30F31.
· Associated mounting hardware, where required.
· Technical documentation and installation recommendations.
