                                                             Supply of Primary Grinding Cyclone Clusters 一段磨矿旋流器组供货项目

 Karara Mining Limited（以下简称“KML”）拟开展一段磨矿旋流器组供货项目的预招标工作，现就有关事项进行公示，诚邀具备相应资质和供货能力的潜在供应商关注并参与后续工作。

Karara Mining Limited (“KML”) is conducting a pre-tender process for the supply of Primary Grinding Cyclone Clusters and hereby invites suitably qualified suppliers to express their interest in participating in forthcoming procurement activities.

一、  项目背景 Project Background

Karara Mining Limited 正在评估现有一段磨矿旋流器组的更新需求，并开展市场调研，以了解相关设备供应商的技术能力、供货能力、交货周期及商业条件。

Karara Mining Limited is evaluating replacement options for its existing Primary Grinding Cyclone Clusters and is undertaking market engagement to understand available technical solutions, supplier capability, delivery schedules and commercial arrangements.

二、  项目概况 Project Overview

本项目涉及以下设备：

• 1306-DI-017 Primary Grinding Cyclone Cluster
• 1306-DI-019 Primary Grinding Cyclone Cluster

计划采购两（2）套完整旋流器组总成。具体技术要求、供货范围及相关要求详见附件技术协议。

The project involves the replacement supply of:

• 1306-DI-017 Primary Grinding Cyclone Cluster
• 1306-DI-019 Primary Grinding Cyclone Cluster

The intended procurement is for two (2) complete cyclone cluster assemblies. Detailed technical requirements and scope of supply are provided in the attached Scope of Work.

三、  现场核实要求Site Verification Requirement

目前现场无完整的现有旋流器组制造图纸可供参考。成功入围的供应商需自行完成现场踏勘及尺寸测量，以核实现有设备尺寸、接口及安装条件，并据此完成设计和供货工作。KML 将提供必要的现场协调及支持。

No complete manufacturing drawings of the existing cyclone clusters are currently available.

The successful supplier will be required to conduct a site inspection and dimensional survey to verify relevant dimensions, interfaces and installation constraints before finalising its design and supply solution. KML will provide reasonable support and coordination during the site survey.

 本项目仅包括设备供货，不包括现场安装、调试或施工服务。

This procurement is for equipment supply only and excludes installation, commissioning and site construction services.

五、  潜在供应商要求Requirements for Potential Suppliers

潜在供应商应具备但不限于以下能力：

• 矿山行业旋流器组或类似设备供货经验；

• 相关设计与制造能力；
• 完善的质量管理体系；
• 澳洲售后服务或技术支持能力；
• 提供相关项目业绩
• Potential suppliers should demonstrate:
• Experience supplying cyclone clusters or similar mining equipment;
• Relevant engineering and manufacturing capability;
• Established quality management systems;
• Australian-based service or technical support capability;
• Relevant project

六、  公示期限Notice Period

本公告公示期限自发布之日起不少于 7 天。

The notice period for this pre-tender notice shall be no less than seven (7) days from the date of publication.

• 本公告仅用于预招标及市场征询目的，不构成正式招标邀请或合同承诺。
• 技术要求、供货范围及相关条件以附件工作范围（Scope of Work）为准。
• KML 有权根据项目实际情况调整采购方式、项目范围及后续安排。
• 是否邀请潜在供应商参与后续正式招标，由 KML 自行决定。
• 供应商参与本次市场征询活动所产生的一切费用由供应商自行承担。
• KML 提供的现有设备资料仅供参考，不免除供应商核实现场尺寸、接口及设计条件的责任。
• This notice is issued for pre-tender and market sounding purposes only and does not constitute a formal invitation to tender or any contractual commitment.
• Detailed technical requirements, scope of supply and commercial conditions are contained in the attached Scope of Work (SOW).
• KML reserves the right to amend the procurement strategy, project scope and any subsequent arrangements in accordance with project requirements.
• The decision on whether to invite any potential supplier to participate in a subsequent tender process shall be at KML’s sole discretion.
• All costs incurred by suppliers in connection with this market enquiry shall be borne by the suppliers themselves.
