Karara Mining Limited（以下简称KML）拟对现有空压机设备所需备件及维护耗材进行招标采购，现征集具备相关供货能力的制造商、代理商及供应商报名。

1 招标范围

拟采购货物包括空气滤芯、机油滤芯、管路过滤件、油气分离芯、阀门及分离器维修包、阀门及控制件、空压机润滑油、三角传动带及其他备件。参考适用设备包括Atlas Copco（阿特拉斯·科普柯）GA250、GA500、GA160及GA160FF空压机，以及附件所列其他品牌及机型的设备。货物参考清单见附件。

本次招标仅涉及货物供货，不包括现场安装、检修、人工、动员及其他服务。

2 供货及技术要求

供应商应能提供全新、未使用且适用于KML现有设备的货物，并说明制造商、原厂或非原厂属性、供货来源及适用型号。如拟提供替代件，应提交料号对应关系及技术资料供KML审查；是否接受替代件以正式招标文件为准。

3 报名资料

请提供公司简介及联系人、可供货物范围、类似供货经验、制造商或代理渠道情况、库存及预计交货周期，以及质量保证和售后支持情况。报名阶段无须提交正式报价。

4 报名方式

请于2026年10月15 日星期四前，将报名资料发送至materials.tender@kararamining.com.au，邮件主题注明“空压机备件及维护耗材采购报名”。

5 招标安排及说明

本公告用于征集供应商意向，不构成正式投标邀请或采购承诺。KML将根据项目需求及供应商审核情况确定后续招标安排。

Karara Mining Limited (KML) intends to tender for spare parts and maintenance consumables for its existing compressor equipment. Manufacturers, agents and suppliers with relevant supply capability are invited to register their interest.

1 Scope of supply

The proposed goods include air and oil filter elements, inline filtration components, oil separator elements, valve and separator repair kits, valves and controls, compressor lubricant, V-belts and other spare parts. Reference equipment includes Atlas Copco GA250, GA500, GA160 and GA160FF compressors, as well as other brands and models listed in the appendix.

This procurement covers goods only. Site installation, maintenance labour, mobilisation and other services are excluded.

2 Supply and technical requirements

Goods must be new, unused and suitable for KML’s existing equipment. Suppliers should identify the manufacturer, OEM or aftermarket status, supply source and applicable models. Proposed alternatives require part-number cross-references and technical information for KML review. Acceptance of alternatives will be governed by the formal tender documents.

3 Information to submit

Please provide a company profile and contact details, available product range, relevant supply experience, manufacturer or agency arrangements, stock availability and indicative lead times, and warranty and after-sales support information. A formal quotation is not required at this stage.

4 Registration of interest

Email your information to materials.tender@kararamining.com.au before Thursday, 15 October 2026. Use the subject “Compressor Spare Parts and Consumables EOI”.

5 Tender arrangements

The tender timetable will be advised separately. Formal tender documents are intended to be issued through Felix. The final item list, part numbers, quantities, units of measure, delivery location, lead times and commercial terms will be specified in those documents.

This notice seeks expressions of interest and does not constitute a formal invitation to tender or a commitment to purchase. Further arrangements will depend on project requirements and supplier review.
