一、项目概况

Karara Mining Limited（KML）现就 Filter Bombay Doors Replacement – FL192、FL193、FL227 及 FL228 项目 发布预招标公告（公开征询），以开展市场寻源并支持后续采购决策及公司内部合规流程。
本项目涉及选矿厂过滤系统中多台过滤器的 Bombay Doors 更换工作。相关设备已长期运行，现计划在日常维护及计划性检修安排中实施更换，以确保过滤系统的运行可靠性和维护周期要求。
Karara Mining Limited (KML) hereby issues this Pre-Tender Notice (Public Expression of Interest) for the replacement of filter Bombay doors for units FL192, FL193, FL227 and FL228, to support market sounding activities, subsequent procurement decisions and internal governance requirements.
The project relates to the replacement of Bombay doors within the processing plant filtration system. The replacement is intended to support ongoing maintenance and planned shutdown activities, ensuring operational reliability and asset lifecycle management.
二、工作范围
- Scope of Work
本项目拟包含但不限于以下内容：
适用于过滤系统的 Bombay Doors 的设计匹配（如适用）
针对 FL192、FL193、FL227 及 FL228 过滤器的 Bombay Doors 供货
与现有过滤系统结构、接口及运行工况的兼容性
成品出厂前的质量检验及相关合规文件提供
交付至 KML 指定地点
本项目不包含现场安装或施工服务。
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to:
Design matching of Bombay doors for the existing filtration system (where applicable)
Supply of Bombay doors for filter units FL192, FL193, FL227 and FL228
Compatibility with existing system structures, interfaces and operating conditions
Provision of quality inspection and compliance documentation prior to dispatch
Delivery to a location nominated by KML
This project does not include on-site installation or construction services.
三、技术及实施背景
- Technical and Implementation Background
本项目所涉及的 Bombay Doors 为既有设备的更换部件，相关过滤系统已在既有运行基础上持续使用多年。基于设备运行状况及维护记录，部分 Bombay Doors 已达到或接近其设计使用寿命。
相关更换作业预计结合现场维护及检修计划实施，拟供设备需满足现有过滤系统的技术要求，以确保系统运行稳定性及后续维护需求。
The Bombay doors subject to this project are replacement components for existing filtration equipment that has been in long-term operation. Based on operational performance and maintenance history, certain units have reached or are approaching the end of their service life.
The replacement works are expected to be undertaken in alignment with site maintenance and shutdown schedules. Supplied equipment must meet the technical requirements of the existing filtration system to ensure continued operational stability and maintainability.
四、相关要求（潜在供应方条件）
- Requirements for Potential Suppliers
潜在供应方应具备但不限于以下能力或经验：
过滤系统或类似工艺设备关键部件的供货经验
能够确保所供设备与现有系统的尺寸、接口及功能匹配
具备完善的质量管理体系及产品可追溯能力
能够配合现场维护及检修计划要求进行供货
Potential suppliers should demonstrate, but not be limited to, the following capabilities and experience:
Experience in supplying critical components for filtration systems or similar process equipment
Ability to ensure dimensional, interface and functional compatibility with existing systems
An established quality management system and product traceability
Ability to align delivery with site maintenance and shutdown schedules

本预招标公告的公示期限自发布之日起不少于 7 天。
The notice period for this pre-tender announcement shall be no less than seven (7) days from the date of publication.
