Pre-Tender Notice (Public Expression of Interest) Supply of HPGR Screen 高压辊磨振动筛供货项目

Karara Mining Limited（以下简称“KML”）拟开展高压辊磨（HPGR）振动筛供货项目的预招标工作，现就有关事项进行公示，诚邀具备相应资质和供货能力的潜在供应商关注并参与后续工作。

KML is conducting a pre-tender process for the supply of a HPGR vibrating screen and hereby issues this notice to invite potential suppliers with the relevant qualifications and supply capability to express their interest and participate in subsequent activities.

一、项目背景Project Background

高压辊磨振动筛是 HPGR 闭路粉磨系统中的关键设备，主要用于对 HPGR 🎧料进行粒度 分级，实现合格物料与超粒级物料的有效分离，从而保障粉磨系统的稳定、高效运行。为支持选矿系统的长期稳定运行，KML 计划引入一套适用于HPGR 回路工况条件的振

动筛设备，用于补充现有系统配置并满足现场运行需求。

The HPGR vibrating screen is a critical piece of equipment within the HPGR closed-circuit grinding system. It is primarily used to classify HPGR discharge material, enabling effective separation of in-specification material and oversize material, thereby ensuring stable and efficient operation of the grinding circuit.

To support the long-term stable operation of the processing plant, KML plans to introduce one vibrating screen suitable for HPGR circuit operating conditions, to supplement the existing system configuration and meet site operational requirements.

二、项目概况Project Overview

本项目拟采购的设备为HPGR 高压辊磨振动筛，适用于高处理量、高冲击及高磨蚀性工况。设备需具备可靠的结构强度、稳定的振动性能及良好的耐磨防护能力，以满足现场连续运行和维护要求。

The equipment to be procured under this project is an HPGR vibrating screen, suitable for high-throughput, high-impact, and highly abrasive operating conditions. The equipment shall demonstrate robust structural strength, stable vibration performance, and effective wear protection to meet continuous operation and maintenance requirements at site.

三、工作范围 Scope of Work

本项目工作范围包括但不限于以下内容：

提供一套用于HPGR 回路的振动筛设备，供货范围包括但不限于：

  • 1（台）振动筛MF4273-2 25°-0°（HPGR 筛）
  • 筛体结构：碳钢材质，侧板为橡胶衬里
  • 进料箱：橡胶衬里，含衬板
  • 后挡板：橡胶衬里
  • 2 套支撑框架：由单根橡胶衬里的横梁组成
  • 纵向导轨
  • 3（套）振动机构，型号ML-80
  • 横向拉杆，含起吊吊耳
  • 螺旋弹簧悬挂系统
  • 设备的组装、测试及涂装
  • 按合同约定完成包装及交付（交付条件以合同为准）
  • 提供相关技术资料及图纸

The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Supply of one (1) vibrating screen package for the HPGR circuit, with the scope of supply including but not limited to:

  • One (1) vibrating screen MF4273-2 25°–0° (HPGR screen)
  • Screen body structure: carbon steel construction with rubber-lined side plates
  • Feed box: rubber-lined, including liners
  • Rear baffle plate: rubber-lined
  • Two (2) sets of support frames, each consisting of a single rubber-lined cross beam
  • Longitudinal guide rails
  • Three (3) vibration units, model ML-80
  • Transverse tie rods, including lifting lugs
  • Helical spring suspension system
  • Assembly, testing, and painting of the equipment
  • Packaging and delivery in accordance with the contract requirements (delivery terms to be as specified in the contract)
  • Provision of relevant technical documentation and drawings

四、设备类型及技术方向

本项目所涉及的振动筛类型包括但不限于多频振动筛, 设备结构及配置通常包括橡胶衬里筛体、独立振动机构及弹簧悬挂系统等，以满足工艺分级及运行可靠性要求。

The vibrating screen types covered under this project include, but are not limited to, multi- frequency vibrating screens. The equipment structure and configuration typically include a rubber-lined screen body, independent vibration mechanisms, and a spring suspension system, to meet process classification and operational reliability requirements.

五、相关要求（潜在供应商条件）Requirements for Potential Suppliers

潜在供应商应具备但不限于以下能力或经验：

  • 矿山或重工业领域高压辊磨振动筛相关供货经验
  • 针对非标或定制化设备提供技术解决方案的能力
  • 完整的质量管理体系及产品可追溯能力
  • 澳洲售后服务网点

Potential suppliers should have, at a minimum, the following capabilities or experience:

  • Experience in supplying HPGR vibrating screens for mining or heavy industrial applications
  • Capability to provide technical solutions for customised equipment
  • An established quality management system with product traceability
  • After-sales service capability within Australia

六、公示期限 Notice Period

本公告公示期限自发布之日起不少于 7 天。

The notice period for this pre-tender announcement shall be no less than seven (7) days from the date of publication.
