Karara Mining Limited（以下简称“KML”）拟开展尾矿脱水筛供货项目的预招标工作，现就有关事项进行公示，诚邀具备相应资质和供货能力的潜在供应商关注并参与后续工作。

KML is conducting a pre-tender process for the supply of Tails Dewatering Screen and hereby issues this notice to invite potential suppliers with the relevant qualifications and supply capability to express their interest and participate in subsequent activities.

一、项目背景Project Background

Karara Mining Limited 在其选矿生产过程中运行多台脱水筛设备。部分设备已运行多年，逐步进入其正常运行周期的后期阶段。为支持生产运行的稳定性及设备全生命周期管  理，Karara Mining 正开展预招标阶段的市场调研工作，以了解当前市场在脱水筛设备方面的技术能力、供货方案、交付周期及相关商业条件。

Karara Mining Limited operates dewatering screens within its mineral processing operations, some of which have been in service for an extended period.

To support ongoing operational reliability and asset lifecycle management, Karara Mining is conducting a pre-tender market engagement to understand available supply options, delivery timeframes, and commercial considerations.

二、项目概况Project Overview

本项目涉及选矿生产系统中脱水筛设备的潜在更新需求。现阶段，Karara Mining Limited 正处于预招标市场调研阶段，旨在了解市场在脱水筛设备方面的技术能力、可行供货方案、交付周期及相关商业条件。

本项目目前尚未进入正式招标或采购阶段，相关信息仅用于内部评估及后续决策参考。

This project relates to the potential replacement of dewatering screen equipment within the mineral processing system. At this stage, Karara Mining Limited is undertaking a pre-tender market engagement to understand market capability, available supply options, delivery timeframes, and relevant commercial considerations for dewatering screen equipment.

The project has not progressed to a formal tender or procurement stage, and the information provided is for internal evaluation and decision-making purposes only.

三、工作范围 Scope of Work

预采购的脱水筛，作为更换设备，其技术规格、配置及结构应与Karara Mining Limited

现有的 OEM 脱水筛完全一致。

  • 侧板组件（包含橡胶衬里）
  • 支撑框架，由独立横梁组成，并设有橡胶衬里
  • 2 × ML-80 激振机构，包含摆动段及铅块
  • 激振机构横梁
  • 吊耳
  • 🎧料唇板（带衬板）
  • 侧衬板
  • 纵向导轨
  • 橡胶裙边
  • 给料箱组件
  • 弹簧底座
  • 弹簧组件
  • 总装及涂装
  • 厂内验收测试（FAT）

不包含范围（Exclusions）

  • 运输框架
  • 驱动组件 —— 电机、电机底座、皮带、皮带轮及万向轴
  • 筛网介质（Screen Media）
  • 喷淋管（Spray Bars）

The pre-procured dewatering screens, intended as replacement units, shall be of OEM design and match the technical specifications, configuration, and structural arrangement of the existing dewatering screens operated by Karara Mining Limited.

Equipment Descriptions
  • Side plate assembly, including rubber lining
  • Support frame constructed of individual cross members, rubber lined
  • Two (2) ML-80 mechanisms complete with swing segments and lead inserts
  • Mechanism beam
  • Lifting lugs
  • Discharge lip with liner plates
  • Side liner plates
  • Longitudinal rails
  • Rubber skirting
  • Feedbox assembly
  • Spring bases
  • Spring set
  • Assembly and painting
  • In-house Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Exclusions
  • Transport frame
  • Drive assembly, including motor, motor base, belts, pulleys, and cardan shaft
  • Screen media
  • Spray bars

四、相关要求（潜在供应商条件）Requirements for Potential Suppliers

潜在供应商应具备但不限于以下能力或经验：

  • 矿山或重工业领域压滤机脱水筛相关供货经验
  • 针对非标或定制化设备提供技术解决方案的能力
  • 完整的质量管理体系及产品可追溯能力
  • 澳洲售后服务网点

Potential suppliers should have, at a minimum, the following capabilities or experience:

  • Experience in supplying Tails Dewatering screens for mining or heavy industrial applications
  • Capability to provide technical solutions for customised equipment
  • An established quality management system with product traceability
  • After-sales service capability within Australia

六、公示期限 Notice Period

本公告公示期限自发布之日起不少于 7 天。

The notice period for this pre-tender announcement shall be no less than seven (7) days from the date of publication.

  • This notice is issued for pre-tender and market sounding purposes only and does not constitute a formal invitation to tender or any contractual commitment.
  • KML reserves the right to amend the procurement approach and any subsequent arrangements in accordance with project requirements.
  • The decision on whether to invite potential suppliers to participate in any subsequent procurement process shall be at KML’s sole discretion.
