一、项目概况
- Project Overview
Karara Mining Limited（KML）现对 CH116、CH117 及 CH118 溜槽碳化钨衬板供货项目 进行预招标公告，以支持后续采购决策及公司内部合规流程。
本项目所涉及衬板主要用于 KML 矿区物料输送系统的日常维护及计划性大修期间使用。相关溜槽已在既有运行基础上进行过技术优化和结构调整，衬板需与现有溜槽结构及运行工况相匹配。
Karara Mining Limited (KML) hereby issues this pre-tender notice for the supply of tungsten carbide liners for CH116, CH117 and CH118 chutes, to support subsequent procurement decisions and internal governance requirements.
The liners are intended for use in KML’s materials handling system for ongoing maintenance and planned major shutdown activities. The relevant chutes have undergone technical optimisation and structural modifications, and the liners must be compatible with the existing chute configurations and operating conditions.
二、工作范围
- Scope of Work
本项目拟包含但不限于以下内容：
- 溜槽用 碳化钨衬板的设计适配（如适用）
- 针对 CH116、CH117、CH118 溜槽 的衬板制造与供货
- 衬板应满足现场对 耐磨性、使用寿命及结构匹配性 的要求
- 成品出厂前的质量检验及合规文件提供
- 交付至 KML 指定地点
本项目 不包含现场安装或施工服务。
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to:
- Design adaptation of tungsten carbide liners for the relevant chutes (where applicable)
- Manufacture and supply of liners for CH116, CH117 and CH118 chutes
- Liners meeting site requirements for wear resistance, service life and structural compatibility
- Provision of quality inspection and compliance documentation prior to dispatch
- Delivery to a location nominated by KML
This project does not include on-site installation or construction services.
三、技术及实施背景
- Technical and Implementation Background
本项目所涉及衬板为既有衬板的升级替代产品，相关改进已在近年的大修及设备更换作业中逐步实施。
鉴于历史运行及磨损情况，相关溜槽已进行针对性优化，衬板需按已改造后的溜槽结构进行定制设计，以确保设备运行的可靠性及维护周期要求。
The liners subject to this project are upgraded replacements of previously installed liners, with improvements progressively implemented during recent major shutdowns and equipment change-out activities.
Due to historical operating and wear conditions, the chutes have undergone targeted optimisation. The liners are therefore required to be custom-designed to suit the modified chute structures, ensuring operational reliability and appropriate maintenance intervals.

- 矿山或重工业领域耐磨衬板相关供货经验
- 针对非标或定制化设备提供技术解决方案的能力
- 完整的质量管理体系及产品可追溯能力
- 能够配合现场大修及维护计划要求进行供货
Potential suppliers should demonstrate, but not be limited to, the following capabilities and experience:
- Experience in supplying wear-resistant liners for mining or heavy industrial applications
- Capability to provide technical solutions for non-standard or customised equipment
- An established quality management system and product traceability
- Ability to align delivery with site shutdown and maintenance schedules
