Supply & Fabrication of Large Isolation Gate Assembly (6.7m × 2.78m)

Karara Mining Limited (KML) hereby notifies potential suppliers of an upcoming Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply, fabrication and delivery of one (1) large isolation gate assembly, including wear liners, safety guarding, support frames, guide rails and associated accessories for installation at our processing plant.

This package relates to a heavy-duty isolation/flow control gate system located beneath a transfer chute in a high-dust, high-impact iron ore handling environment. The scope will include:

  • Design verification (if applicable)
  • Fabrication and supply of gate frame and moving assembly
  • Supply of wear liners, brushes, wipers and impact protection panels
  • Factory acceptance checks
  • Delivery to KML site in Western Australia
  • Technical documentation (MDR, QA, material traceability)

Interested vendors must be able to demonstrate experience in mining bulk materials handling equipment, particularly large isolation/flow control gates used under chutes, hoppers or transfer stations.

    (reference only – detailed drawings will be included in RFQ)
